The core of the K20 Center's mission is centered around bringing innovation to the field of education. To guide our work, we've established six research proven principles to improve student learning. These principles form the IDEALS framework: inquiry, discourse, engagement for all, authenticity, leadership, and student-centered learning climate. Working together, the powerful synergy of these principles transform schools.

At the K20 Center, we weave the IDEALS framework into all our services. We work closely with each partner. We tailor action plans to each school's data and the unique needs of its students. Our staff provides dedicated coaching and professional learning support for educators to empower them in the realm of authentic teaching and learning, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making. With this framework, we support schools in adapting and preparing students for the modern world. Through research-based practices, we nurture growth in students and educators alike.
